Handmade patchwork mcm purse featuring a painterly bird perched on the branches of a pussy willow tree on a cream tone background. This large makeup bag is embellished with a lovely vintage Nottingham lace embroidery design white butterfly. There is fine detailing in the butterflies wings that is really beautiful, delicate and really intricate, it is just so pretty. 

The lower panel and the reverse are made from Heals abstract brush strokes and splatter cotton barkcloth called 'Vibration', designed by Nicola Wood in the 70s. Topped with a yellow wave of ricrac along the full width of the make up case. This really useful patchwork purse is a one of a kind.
